Sampling takes 7–15 days. Molding requires a sample fee, negotiable against bulk orders.
You approve, we produce
Once the sample is signed off, bulk production runs 30–45 days, FOB Shenzhen.
What a JOYO sample covers
- Your material: compression-molded EVA, felt, PU, SBR, recycled RPET or waterborne PU
- Your branding: silk print, embossing, embroidery, hot stamping or a metal badge
- Your interior: die-cut EVA, sponge, mesh pocket, elastic band or a custom insert
- Your color: Pantone-matched fabric, zipper, webbing and hardware
A drawing, a reference photo or a competitor sample helps most. If you only have an idea, send it anyway — we will propose a structure.
